This year, get ready for a taste sensation! We’re introducing a pop-up burger shack on select nights (July-August), serving up mouthwatering Hedgeley beef burgers and ice-cold beers. It’s an exclusive treat you won’t want to miss!
Premium Galloway Burgers
All of our beef is sourced from our family farm next door. Hedgeley Farms has a herd of Galloways, Belted Galloways & Blue-Greys (who you might spot on excursions) that spend their days roaming the fields, moors and hills.
Last year we trialled sending a few of our 29 month old Galloway heifers to the local butcher, with the aim of providing locals with premium 40 day aged, grass-fed meat. Much to our delight this has been a success, thus the burger shack was born!
