Who says you can’t have it all? Whether you’re into seaside breaks, hiking excursions or fishing holidays, staying at Low Hedgeley puts you within a half-hour drive of all sorts of excellent ways to fill your days.
Our farmhouse, a grade II listed stone dwelling, is backed by attractive 18th-century stone buildings. Nestled at the foot of the Cheviot Hills, Low Hedgeley offers stunning views of Northumberland National Park, Hedgehope Hill, and The Cheviot. Located six miles south of Wooler and approximately 11 miles from Alnwick, it serves as an ideal base for exploring Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.
Our caravan site, campsite, small shop and burger shack are at the rear of the farm buildings in a well maintained area.
We kindly ask our guests to be respectful of the surroundings and we find that a few baseline rules helps with the maintenance of the site.
- We provide recycling, waste and glass bins on-site. Please use them.
- Please pick up after your dog and use the bins provided.
- No loud music, this is a quiet site. Respect other guests' privacy.
- Please keep your own area tidy.
